Hi
I’m the founder of Domination on W114.
I’m asking whether you would reconsider the victory point end condition for this world and reduce it to something more proportionate to our tribe’s size.
The current win condition is 1200 victory points. We have 22 members, which effectively requires each player to reach around 54 points. That level feels excessive given the size and current state of the world.
I want to be clear that simply recruiting more players to inflate total points is not a meaningful solution. It undermines the competitive integrity of the world and turns it into a numbers exercise rather than strategy.
There are a few factors that make the current requirement unrealistic:
* The map size relative to active players
* The number of other active worlds drawing player attention
* The clear dominance of the leading tribe
* The lack of any realistic comeback potential for remaining opponents
At this stage, the world is effectively decided. The players who could compete have already quit, and no new players are joining to create meaningful resistance—especially with newer worlds available.
As a result, progression has stalled into repetitive nobling of barbarian villages purely to meet an inflated requirement. While I understand the intent behind having a defined win condition and encouraging world closure, this particular case feels like an outlier where the system no longer serves its purpose.
I also noticed that the victory point requirement was reduced from 1200 to 1000 between W114 and W115, which suggests this is already being reviewed and adjusted.
Given the current state of W114, it would make sense to apply a similar adjustment here so the world can conclude in a way that reflects actual strategic gameplay rather than a mindless grind.
Thanks,
Holdtight
