en23 server not working properly

Server seems fine most of the time, but now I had to mash my preset key tens of times for it to work.
This issue has been a problem for at least a day. Please fix.

Dear InnoGames - have you tried turning it off and on again?
Also please check your kitchen and see if your refrigerator is running.
