Disappearing troops

I just lost half of my light cavalry for no reason at all. I sent them to a barbarian village and they never returned. They have not been killed, just disappeared. It's not the first time that this happens, and I know others with the same issue as well. It's getting annoying to play like this.

I would like to add that I didn't even get back the population space they occupied. So both farm space and cavalry are gone.

Are you sure you didn't chose the option to support the village and your troops are stationed there? If so, you have to make them return

Yes of course I'm sure I didn't send them as support. And as I said, it's not the first time it happens. I also have the attack report that says how much they looted from the village and that I had 0 casualties. After that they never returned.

Thank you for your post. Our developers are working diligently to resolve the issue you are describing. Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this causes. In the mean time you could help us by supplying information about the attack. Below is a quick questionnaire.

1. Village (with Coords) the troops belonged to
2. Village (with Coords) they were sent to
3. What exactly happened - for example if they attacked and got lost after that, or got lost after returning from a support command, etc.
4. General situation in your account at the moment the units got lost, like 123 commands running, buttons were not responding, things like that.

Here you go

1. Mutina (585/360)
2. Barbarian village (578/366)
3. They attacked the village succesfully with 0 casualties and after that they never returned home. After several hours I got the population space back (at least that).
4. I didn't notice anything broken/not responding in the account at that moment

I did wrote to support before writing on the forum. All I got was some pre-made copy and paste answer "we are sorry for the inconvenience bla bla bla" so yea, quite useless

The bug is under investigation. It is an old bug, and Im sure the developers working on it with full strenght, but now, there is only one thing we can do, to fill the form, and the competents send it to the developers to find the bug, and fix it. The same problem is on the .beta server, I have no better answer to you.

I just canceled 4 attacks and i've done it rather quicky (X yes cancel, X yes cancel...) and the troops of one of thouse attacks just wanished...
I just thought i should report this.

I have 600 troops missing... Contacted support and the've said they're sorry. Can someone help me? I've send alot of units to attacks some guy and when myy army came back with resources, resources appeared in village but troops disappeared... HELP plz ;p
