Connection Problems??

Most players understand that beta is not a finished product and that there can be problems and bugs. But what I found so far irritating is lack of feedback from game staff to players. If there is some downtime or maintenance breaks, it really don't require much, just to put some announcement on some easily accessible place like game main page or at least on the forum. But when you try to hack through some timeout or other connection problem and cannot find any information about what is going on, it's testing players patience very hard.

What I need is to get feedback, just to know that game staff is aware of the problem and they are working on it.

I finally got in ... I'm using Chrome, I deleted all cache, logged out completely then relogged in, refreshed twice and now in. Still a bit lagging though.

Someone please give us a straight answer! I deleted cookies and cache...tried relogging numerous times!!!! IT IS UNFAIR! OTHERS ARE STILL PLAYING.
