Can't scroll game settings

Every time I scroll to the bottom of the list it bounces back to the top as soon as I release the mouse button. Occasionally it will stay at the bottom but most times I can't scroll.

Thank you for the post. Which screen are you talking about specifically? Could you post a screenshot?
