Barbarian village

If I attack a barbarian, do I claim the village and its resources? I have attacked a village 2 times, there are no troops defending it and the morale is at 100. Does the village ever become mine or I just attack when able to and collect resources

You need to attack with a Noble to take over the city. A noble can deal 20-35 loyalty per hit. Attacking without a noble just farms the village for resources. Though I strongly suggest you do NOT noble a barb. A lot of players focus rimming barb munchers early on, as they take their "farms" away.
