why cant you post in the bugs section?
Also you have to enter the name of your tribe exactly the way it shows in the space "tribe name"
If you don't enter even 1 letter according to that the disband icon wont light up

No he is correct there is a bug around with the "Disband" Function. We are aware of the issue are working to correct it.
Next time you can also put in a ticket for this, the more the better, as it gets the attention of the developers.
