Add extra verification for creating new account

Add more verification to make creating alt account a hassle. Make TWE2 great again. You are doing good so far on the script now work on the alt accounts.

I suggest we send in a copy of our fingerprints by mail when registering our accounts, along with a hair and blood sample. Sure this mail in process could take 4-6 weeks, but it is better than dealing with 10 different accounts from 1 person.

This way we can easily keep track of who is who and no one can create anymore fake accounts.

lol. this wont do anything. bots can easily bypass this. This makes it harder for actual players.

Well limiting an IP to how many account it can create will already help to see lesser alts. Not that hard to do anyway

Dynamic IPs makes that redundant. Unplug your router for 15 seconds and you get a new IP.
