why is it my account was banned? i was only upgrading buildings, recruiting axemen and traded some goods. need help

I haven't been able to log on now for a couple of hours. While I understand that there are bugs with any new game, this one is totally frustrating. I do love the game by the way, when i can play it.

all players is frustrated with this bug and for sure MODs can answer everyone's post.
Before you post something on forum asking why you get banned. First ask yourself, Did you do something illegal? if not then think of other ways rather than flooding the forum. coz forum mods gets hard time to clear the unwanted/trash forum threads/topics instead of doing other worth for...
