3 Headquarters quest not complete (But completed)

I have 3 headquarters all over lvl 5 infact.. This quest will not detect this and will not complete it :L

This is bugged on every world...i dont know why its not fixed yet
However if you make a ticket to support they will fix the quest manually

Tickets are responded to in the order that they come in as Mods are available to take them. Plebmaster, your ticket was responded to by me as soon as I came on line this morning (my time). We are all on different time zones. :)
