They do work... but it seems they disappeared from ranking table, can't find them either

I'd quite like to know a way as well. All I have to go on at the moment is what the achievement "The Kingdoms Elite" tells me but I'm not so sure that is accurate at all except on the day of unlocking said achievement.

Plus, that doesn't tell me who I am competing against!

I just realized you can find kingdom rankings on mobile app.

If you go to rankings on mobile.
Then open the player rankings.
In the top right corner should be a button "Filter"
Here you can filter on kingdom.
But I don't know how these rankings exactly work.

ahh, I got it thanks.
Though I definitely see what you mean about not knowing how they work! I had to count from the top down to my name to see where I actually was as it still gives the world ranking out instead...

for me my active kingdom is at the top and as far as i understand it active kingdom is the one your current village is(the one you have selected).. and then you just select points so you get a list by points and not rank
