Counting each day it takes Inno to fix their servers

I can't send any attacks or fakes without being DC'd for almost an hour. I hate Inno and I hate anyone that works for them. You have completely ruined this community and experience by putting limiters on the legit players who try to coordinate attacks and fakes. Pretty cringe and I'm sick of everyone acting like it is A-okay.

I agree maxi, I have been trying to voice my concerns since this update. Yet all Inno has done is had a staff crisis and release more worlds.

Unfortunately this game is a dying breed. The main goal is to suck money from players while keeping the game scotch taped together. The gifts I wrap at Christmas have more stability than these servers. It baffles me how a billion dollar gaming company ahead of the mobile platform collective can let this game rot.

Alas, I can hear the heart monitor slowly fading away into ever so faint *beeps* and *boops* as the life support gets unplugged.

i'm halfway stuck between believing it's deliberate insufficiency to maximise profits or like, the original team have all completely left and the new devs are just glueing colorful popcycle sticks to its ever degrading corpse

I am sure they are doing what every tech company does in Silicon Valley; Internships with $0 pay so they can put on their application they worked for big daddy Inno before they ship off to the states to get an indie dev gig which flunks and they go back with debt and repeat till they finally learn a trade.

You're preaching to the choir honestly, but most meaning is lost in the censoring

I've endeavoured to keep it true to the original content without editing too harshly, but yes, some of it needed removing.

Roman, please keep things within the forum rules, you know what they are.

(Edited because my spelling is atri atros terrible :p

I am keeping all my posts well-within the rules and guidelines. (Saying "you know what they are" is so irresponsible, imagine getting pulled over by a police officer and get arrested and when asking why you were arrested, he says "you know what you did.") You need a demotion.

YOU for some reason, camel, keep arbitrarily (ironic it's literally your name) editing all the posts and censoring the community because of HOW YOU interpret the rules instead of how they are actually outlined. You are removing content that is NOT against the rules. Also, instead of willy-nilly editing and not explaining to the users where exactly they broke the rules in which they had to be altered just shows your lack of better judgement. I will be contacting Inno about you and your position with the company and how it does not benefit the community AT ALL!

Fine, I'll clarify for you this once.

Here's a selection of the specific content and rules it breaches.

Your description that was removed after the life support text was consdiered unsavoury for the content of the forum. - Anything deemed politically extreme, pornographic, illegal, or unsavory in any way, as determined by the support staff, is prohibited.

Telling people to leave the game is acting contrary to the building of a community, at this stage I have simply removed it, rather than enforcing the full rules - Players who deliberately act against the building of the community will be denied access to these forums.

Going forward, I will be more than happy to issue formal private notifications of any breaches, outlining the specific rules breached along with any other moderation actions. Future questions over moderation should be handled by contacting a moderator, and if you know which one you have an issue with, an alternate moderator - Contact a moderator with your problem and we will either explain the reasons or do our best to solve the problem should one exist.

Should you have a problem with my moderation, I recommend reaching out to one of the other mods who will be able to raise the issue further if necessary.

I will be mailing in a formal complaint to Inno about you Camel, just as I did with Tokano and Ashie. Enjoy your last few weeks here with the TW2 team.

I don’t think I’m breaching any rules in saying this, but back to the thread topic for a second... wasn’t the anti-cheat mostly built to improve the server bottlenecking caused by scripts overloading the server with requests? I’ve got to wonder why the servers has suffered more ever since its implementation

That is entirely your right to do so.

Speaking entirely as a player here, I would imagine that there is some sort of auto detection that is too sensitive and not accounting for how fast people are actually able to farm, either with hotkeys, or by double tapping on mobile. This is tripping the anti cheat mechanism and causing people to be "locked out" or similar.

Probably. Punish many for the actions of few or whatever.

Innogames. Add mouse clicks and button taps to an array, compare it to requests from the server, you solved all your injected script problems.
Externally, there are ways to catching mouse click simulators or reauests sent through cmd. Learn thm.

Hi.

This will be your final warning Roman.

Please refrain from spreading false information.

Thanks.

Just going to throw this out there, but the 'Forum Rules' thread is several years old and made by a user who has since been deleted lol. Players should be allowed to voice their opinions about the game no matter how negative they may be. I think 'unsavory' is super vague and can be interpreted several ways, but I could see how a forum mod could use it as a reason to pick on anyone who is commonly 'rowdy' on the forums, or just someone they don't like. I don't think censoring is the way to go to build a community , there should be a level of tolerance and leeway - this is the internet after all

*edit* I do also think that if you're going to edit or censor something you should at least explain why whether it be in the forum itself or a private message
